The Two-Tailed Lion is a traditional English free-house with modernist flair, situated in a listed building within the historic Greyfriars area of Leicester.

Our passion is in doing things the right way.  

We pride ourselves on our carefully curated selection of beers from around the world, but the Lion does not discriminate... from world-beating wine through to knockout G&Ts and speciality spirits to distinctly less alcoholic but equally flavourful soft drinks and alcohol free beers.  Everything we serve is poured with care, attention and a certain flare. 

Equally important is our small but perfectly-formed selection of bar food and snacks which cater for all tastes and preferences.

Our historic home is a cosy grade II listed building in the one of the oldest parts of Leicester.  Our interiors have been designed and created by some amazing Leicester craftspeople in order to create the perfect ambience.  Whether you're out drinking with friends, want to find a comfortable corner for a quiet drink or need the very latest craft beer to take out, we've got you covered.
